This week we look at the what is going on in schools across the country where teachers are sexually assaulting and engaging in misconduct with students. Everyone has heard the rumors, you probably had suspicions, how much of this is going on. Why are all the arrests we hear about in the news female teachers when men statistically are the majority. Lyle Johnston
Lyle was born and raised in Montana. He moved to the Coeur d' Alene ID area in 1985 to pursue a college degree in Criminal Justice. He was hired by the Spokane County Sheriff's Office in 1988 and remained employed until 2025 at which time he retired. His career in Law Enforcement began with the Montana Air National Guard and spans over a total of 41 years. He was a major crimes detective for 11 plus years and retired as the Supervisor of the Spokane County Sheriff's Office Forensic Unit.

Yvonne Johnston
Yvonne was born in Ohio. She attended the University of Arkansas Fayetteville, the University of Missouri Columbia, and Eastern Washington University after moving to Spokane WA in 1992. She and Lyle married in 1995 and they raised 3 daughters. Yvonne has lived in numerous states in the U.S., Ohio, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Alaska, and Washington. She has been a huge support to Lyle's career as well as her Daughter Dallace who has joined the Spokane County Sheriff's Office.
